The elderlies were each given a goodie tote bag, each filled with a myriad of cookies, biscuits, milo, 3-in-1 cereal packets. Our staff in Greenpac had also engaged the elderlies by spending quality time to engage them in chit-chat and sing karaoke hence enabling them to feel greater warmth and care in the heart. It was truly worth it to give a part of the time for them in exchange for the bright smiles on their face.

• CapitaLand Commercial Trust Management Limited, the manager of CapitaLand Commercial Trust (CCT), is partnering its tenants in six of its office properties in Singapore – CapitaGreen, Capital Tower, One George Street, Six Battery Road, Raffles City Tower and Twenty Anson – for its annual ‘Gifts of Joy’ initiative, where its office tenants join hands with CapitaLand employees to deliver gifts to underprivileged children.  From 14 November to 9 December, tenants have the opportunity to adopt and fulfill the gift wishes of 660 beneficiaries under The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund (STSPMF).  CHF is also donating S$10 to STSPMF for every gift wish fulfilled.  Apart from the gift collection drive, a record 150 tenants and CapitaLand staff have volunteered to wrap and deliver the gifts to the beneficiaries from 14 to 16 December.
